The Ventus S1 evo2 is Hankook's best balance between wet and dry performance. Developed for the drivers of high performance vehicles, Ventus S1 evo2 SUV tires enhance braking and cornering performance in warm, dry and wet conditions. However, like all summer tires, they are not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.
Ventus S1 evo2 tires feature a silica enhanced tread compound incorporating a high styrene polymer to improve wet braking performance and an optimized cross-linking system to improve the tire’s wear performance and reduce rolling resistance to promote increased fuel economy. The asymmetric tread design features notched outboard shoulders, and a continuous outboard rib to further enhance handling and cornering stability. Inboard independent tread blocks promote better traction in wet conditions.
The Ventus S1 evo2 is a premium performance tyre that shortens braking distances in wet and dry conditions, enhances fuel efficiency based on lower rolling resistances whilst providing excellent grip and safety.
